Return, Refund, and Disclaimer Policy – LEORIN
This policy is an integral part of LEORIN’s Terms and Conditions of Use and applies to all purchases made through the website or any of the company’s official channels.
1. Finality of Sales
All sales made through LEORIN are final and irrevocable. The customer may not cancel, modify, return, exchange, or request a refund after payment has been processed, under any circumstances and without exception.
2. Acceptance and Recognition
Upon completion of payment, the customer expressly, definitively, and irrevocably acknowledges and agrees to all the terms of this policy. This constitutes a legally binding signature, and the customer waives any future right to claim a return, exchange, or compensation.
3. Product Nature
As LEORIN products are classified as personal care items, they are considered sensitive products that cannot be resold or reused once they leave the company's warehouses, whether opened or unopened, in compliance with health and safety standards.
4. Customer Responsibility
The customer is fully responsible for reviewing the product details, specifications, suitability for personal or professional use, and instructions for use before purchasing. The customer is also fully responsible for any consequences arising from use, whether expected or unexpected.
5. Disclaimer
LEORIN disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages or undesirable consequences resulting from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or use of the product in a manner not intended for it. This shall not, under any circumstances, be considered grounds for a return or compensation claim.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of a clearly established manufacturing defect or a proven error on the part of the company in supplying the product, the case will be reviewed exclusively by LEORIN management. The company will have the final say, without any prior obligation to provide a return, replacement, or compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability
In all cases, LEORIN's liability – if any – shall not exceed the value of the product paid for. The company shall not be liable for any consequential damages, indirect losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities.
8. Disputes and Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which it is based. The competent courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear any dispute arising out of this policy or the use of the company's products.
9. Amendments to the Policy
LEORIN reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the services by the customer or subsequent purchases shall be considered implicit acceptance of the amendments.
